When a community comes together, the impact can be truly remarkable. That’s why I want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for our partnership with Silverton Legacy Health and their Here for Our Neighborhoods campaign. There are moments in small‑town life that remind you just how special it is to be part of a community like ours.

How the Partnership Began

From the very beginning, this collaboration felt meaningful. Silverton Legacy Health has been a pillar of care, compassion, and steady support for the people of Silverton. My husband and both of my boys were born there. Having care so close to home feels safe. To be invited into their story, even in a small way, was an honor and deeply humbling. This approach aligns with our values and mission - to foster a connected, healthy community.

Having Legacy Health here has made a tangible difference in our community in many ways.

  • Keeping care close to home

  • Building trust and relationships across the community

  • Supporting critical jobs that help our economy

At The Wild Dandelion, we believe in community and showing up for one another — in celebrating the people who make our town feel like home. Working with the Legacy team gave us a front‑row seat to the heart they pour into this community every single day. Their dedication is quiet, constant, and incredibly inspiring.

Being part of this campaign wasn’t just about a partnership. It was about connection. And honestly… it was just fun. Collaborating with a team that cares so deeply made the whole experience feel light, creative, and full of purpose. We laughed, we brainstormed, we shared stories — and we walked away feeling even more grateful for the people who serve our town with so much heart.

Looking Ahead: Continuing the Journey of connections

Our collaboration with Silverton Legacy Health is just the beginning. We are committed to exploring new ways to support our community and our future.

To the entire Legacy Health team: thank you for inviting us in. Thank you for the work you do. And thank you for reminding us what community really means. Here's to continuiing to show up for each other - today, tomorrow, and always.

We invite everyone to get involved—whether by attending events, volunteering, or simply spreading the word. Together, we can create a neighborhood where we all thrive. 🤍

Celebrating Community at The Wild Dandelion

As we look back on the past year at The Wild Dandelion, it’s hard not to keep from smiling. What a whirlwind of creativity, connection, and pure joy it has been. When we took over the shop, we hoped to continue the legacy that Sarah and her family started, what we didn’t expect was just how beautifully this community would grow around us.

Every shared conversation, every returning face, every moment of “you have to try this” or “let me show you something cool” added a little more magic to our days.

Gratitude That Runs Deep

We want to say thank you — truly. Thank you for supporting a small, local dream. Thank you for choosing to spend your time with us. Thank you for sharing our posts, bringing your friends, cheering us on, and helping us grow in ways we never imagined.

Community isn’t something you can manufacture. It’s something you build together, one genuine connection at a time.

A Little Honesty: Consistency Isn’t Our Strong Suit (Yet)

If we’re being real, we haven’t always been the best at keeping everyone updated. Life gets busy, ideas pile up, and sometimes the days just move faster than our ability to post about them. But if this year has taught us anything, it’s that staying connected with this community matters.

So consider this our unofficial New Year’s resolution: more updates, more behind‑the‑scenes moments, more little glimpses into the heart of The Wild Dandelion. We want to bring you along for the ride — not just during the big events, but in the everyday magic too.

Looking Ahead

If this year was about planting seeds, the next one is about watching them bloom. We have new ideas, new events, and new ways to bring people together — but the mission of The Wild Dandelion will always be the same: We believe in the power of community and the importance of spreading kindness. We can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings, and we’re grateful to be writing it with you.

Here’s to another year of fun, growth, and wild, joyful moments.

Cheers to a great start 2025!

As we close out our first 6 months, I feel many emotions from gratitude to excitement. We have learned (and continue to learn) so much as a family and I have loved watching my boys learn about running a small business.

Gratitude Galore

In the spirit of the season, I wish to convey my sincere gratitude. Thank you to:

  • My family, for supporting this decision and being willing to join the journey.

  • My friends, for cheering me on.

  • This community, for supporting local.

One of my favorite parts of this journey has been the connections we have made in our community.

Excitement for the New Year

As we get ready to turn the page to a new year, I can’t help but feel a rush of excitement! It’s like opening a fresh jar of peanut butter—endless possibilities and a touch of chaos. Here’s to:

  • Resolutions that outlast January.

  • Adventures beyond my couch (though I do cherish it).

  • More laughter, more happiness, and certainly more connection.

So here’s to a wonderful new year filled with love, laughter, and a dash of chaos. May your days be merry and bright, and may your New Year be as fresh as the first snow!

Happy Holidays and here's to a Fabulous New Year!
